In accordance with the principle of data minimization, we only ask for the data necessary for the purpose of data processing. These details are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, unless you refuse.
Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to a partner without your consent.

The e-mailing campaigns carried out by ALARA RT are RGPD-compliant. You are registered in our database when you sign a contract or request a quote on our contact form. Your details are kept in our database so that we can keep you up to date with the latest regulations, training courses, etc. If you no longer wish to be included in our database, please write to us at info@alara-rt.fr. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mailing to change your consent.

Procedures in the event of a data leak

We will therefore communicate transparently on the situation within this timeframe. On the one hand, we will inform the competent supervisory authority, the CNIL in France. On the other hand, we will warn people whose data has been hacked, if the leak could pose a real risk to their rights and freedoms (sensitive data).
